Product Variances Policy:

  • While minor variances may occur, they underscore the artisanal efforts invested in every creation. Our hand-painted and handcrafted process imbues each piece with unique character, resulting in variations in colour and embroidery.
  • Design adjustments may be made to accommodate significant size changes from the original design. Motif placement may vary as garments are custom made according to the Client’s measurements.
  • The product’s colour might have subtle variations compared to its depiction here. Such distinctions may arise from divergent display configurations across various devices, alongside potential influences stemming from lighting filtration or specialised visual enhancements employed during the photography session.

Product Attributes and Cleaning Protocols:

  • At Parshbha LLP, we strive to ensure consistency and quality across all our products. However, due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, minor variations may occur. All our fabrics are fine and delicate, they are naturally subject to weave distortion and fraying.
  • All the products need to be dry cleaned only. Detailed information can be found by enquiring whilst placing an order and understanding the wash care instructions on our website.

Customisations:

  • Our customisation service provides adjustments ranging from lehenga length selection to refining necklines, incorporating sleeves, and addressing transparency concerns. Furthermore, customisations for colour may be available for curating a personalised ensemble, from our range of colour palettes. The delivery timelines and pricing depend on the intricacy and extent of desired modifications. Changes or additions to orders will not be accepted after order confirmation.
  • Customisations are intended to modify the original design according to Customer preferences. Complaints regarding deviation from the original design concept will not be entertained at the time of delivery.

Product Refitting:

  • Domestic online orders are eligible for alterations as part of our service. Customers are responsible for arranging drop-off and pick-up of the altered outfit, along with associated charges, if any.
  • Products are crafted based on the measurements provided by the Client, at the time of ordering. Parshbha LLP will not be liable for significant size discrepancies from the confirmed measurements, at the time of delivery. Any major alterations required will incur additional supplementary charges.
  • Additional garment margins are only included upon specific request during order placement.
  • Alterations cannot be arranged for products shipped internationally, Clients will be responsible for the same, if required.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy:

  • We take pride in crafting each order to meet Your specific requirements, making it uniquely tailored to you. Therefore, we kindly ask You to carefully review Your selections before completing Your purchase. If You have any questions or concerns about Your order, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer support team for assistance.
  • Our garments undergo thorough quality assessments. Incase of any manufacturing defects or discrepancies between the delivered product and the ordered size or style, it is imperative to report them within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please note that all domestic & international orders placed with Parshbha LLP cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged due to diverse factors including but not limited to their custom-made nature.

Refusal of an Order:

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order You place on the Website.
  • We are also entitled to refuse any order made by any Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment or delivery of previous order that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions Policy.
  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify You by contacting the e-mail, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
